History Alive! and 15th Annual Kennedy-King Dinner

The Democratic Central Committee of Worcester (DCCWC) is pleased to announce that a special program , History Alive! will be presented at their 15th Annual Kennedy-King Dinner on April 29, 2017. - History Alive, a program that brings Mary Ann Jung to the Eastern Shore to present an energetic, interactive and exciting history lesson of a great American Woman –  Margaret Brent!

Who is Margaret Brent?  This feisty colonial settler was the first woman in America to demand the right to vote-way back in 1648! Margaret Brent was also the first woman landowner, lawyer and raised an Indian Princess. The dinner will be held in the Atlantic Hotel, Berlin, Maryland.
